CD44 – Document Drop: Joseph Hayon vs. David Greenfield Court Challenge

hayonRepublican activist and city council candidate for the 44th Council District, Joseph Hayon is taking the Board of Elections to court in an attempt to repeal the decision to throw him off the Republican line for the November ballot, as first reported on YWN.

Attached are the court papers filed Monday. Service already has been made in accordance with the order.

There are two issues in the papers:

1) Asking the court to put Mr. Hayon back on the ballot. According to Mr. Hayon, The Board of Elections did not use due process when they invalidated his petitions.

2) Asking the court to remove Councilman David Greenfield as the Independence Party candidate.

  1. Am I the only one who sees a portion of this article as an upside down copy of some kind of litigation document?

I understand reading English left to right, and Hebrew right to left, but this upside down thing is difficult for me.

  2. Do not vote for this guy. He is a scam. He takes advantage of other people. He is not a good person. He is definitely not qualified to represent the public.
