[VIDEO & PHOTOS IN EXTENDED ARTICLE] A person was shot in Boro Park on Monday afternoon. The shooting happened at the intersection of New Utrecht Avenue and 46 Street just before 12:30PM. The victim was the driver of a van. He was shot possibly while driving. The NYPD requested a Level 1 Mobilization response, and a crime scene was being secured.
