The Tel Aviv District Court on Tuesday, sentenced Sudanese illegal alien Joseph Bashir to four years in jail after being convicted of stealing a woman’s iPhone.
Justice Tzvi Garfinkel explained he cannot come to terms with property crimes that involve violence and any claims of “discrimination or racism” are rejected outright.
This is not the first case in which the judge came down hard on illegal aliens. About three weeks ago the court sentenced an Eritrean illegal alien to four years in prison after being convicted of robbing a female in Tel Aviv.

Smart guy. Now he doesn’t have to go back to Sudan.(Just Yet) Probably would rather spend four years in an Israeli prison then on the streets of Sudan. Oh Henry.
Seems a bit heavy handed, perhaps its a lesson for others to learn from.
So now Israeli taxpayers will be supporting him for the next four years. Why not just deport him?
