Nachum Segal Interviews Mayor Bloomberg About Visit to Israel

bloomyy.jpgAUDIO LINK BELOW: Upon his return to NYC from solidarity visit to Israel, radio personality Nachum Segal hosted the Honorable Michael Bloomberg, Mayor of New York City, for his first public discussion about his weekend trip to Israel.

The Mayor declared solidarity with Israel as both a member of the Jewish community and an American who cherishes freedom and democracy. Mayor Bloomberg traveled with NYC Police Commissioner Ray Kelley, Congressman Gary Ackerman, and Michael Miller of the JCRC to Israel to see first hand the terrible conditions resulting from the war with Hamas.

The Mayor discussed the various cities his group visited, the meaningful experiences he had with citizens in Israel, and his meetings with Israeli political leaders. Nachum made sure to wish the Mayor congratulations and best wishes in honor of his mother reaching the milestone birthday of 100 years old.

NOTE: YWN humbly suggests that readers make a Kiddush Hashem, and send Mayor Bloomberg a quick “thank you” for making his trip to Israel. Click HERE to email the mayor.

  1. He didn’t do this for votes, b/c he will get the Jewish vote anyway, he did it b/c he really cares, and we are lucky to have such a mayor.

  2. The Mayor did a great deed. This does not take away the local issues such as stealing the will of the people by strong arming the City Council to allow him to run for a third term.
