A hang-glider sustained serious injury on shabbos when he slammed into the Machtesh Rimon area. The 39-y/o male was rescued by the IAF 669 unit and transported to Soroka Medical Center trauma unit in Beersheva, listed in serious condition.

**Kadima MK Shaul Mofaz, a former defense minister, announced his plan for the establishment of Palestine on 50-60% of Yehuda and Shomron. He warned the current relative calm is dangerous and is likely to explode into unprecedented violence.
