Thousands are expected to make their way to the PA (Palestinian Authority) Mukata in Ramallah on Wednesday to take part in services marking five years since the death of arch terrorist Yasser Arafat. The official events will be presided over by Abu Mazen.
Memorials will not be held in Hamas-controlled Gaza due to the refusal of government officials.
