Teital, 37, a resident of Shvut Rachel in Shomron, is alleged to have murdered two Arabs as well as perpetrating acts of domestic terror. Upon his arrival in court, he stated “It was a pleasure and honor to serve my God. God is proud of what I did. I have no regrets.”

The state requested that the suspect be held without bail pending the outcome of the legal proceedings.
