It has been a difficult few days for security agents responsible for the well-being of President Shimon Peres, who has been the target of what appears to be growing anti-Israel protests.
Israeli embassy officials in Buenos Aires on Monday confirm that signs are appearing calling on anti-Israel supporters to take part in a protest during the presidential visit.
On a number of occasions during this visit to the region, security for Mr. Peres has been heightened and a number of scheduled appearances were canceled due to security-related concerns.
