<description>&#60;p&#62;In our shul (not in BP) one father decided to do something about it and arrenged a 1 hour learning seder for fathers and sons, all it took was to ask permision from the gabbuim to put up a notice and every day he raffeld out some prizes after the learning seder, wich most fathers were happy to help foot the bill.
