Mr Goldstein with whom I was corresponding mentioned several times that had had visitors from Tosh (1/2 hour drive north of Montreal) Montreal is the closest Yiddish yishuv to Dannemora which is about 1/2 hr from the Canadian border. If he was writing as an eye witness it is very interesting.
