    Have you noticed that shopping in Boro Park is generally less expensive than shopping in Flatbush? It seems that the more intensive competitive situation in Boro Park (there are often so many heimishe stores in very close proximity to each other selling the same products) results in lower pricing on heimishe products than what is found in Flatbush.

    I though this was a well-known fact — didn’t even need to state it.

    As Brooklyn, in general, is less expensive than Five Towns / Queens shopping.

    I’ve wondered why the Kollel Store (KRM) has lower prices than Moishe’s, considering it is the same ownership.

    If you truly want inexpensive, I suggest shopping in KJ.
