I never thought I’d say this, but I’m sorry to see Steve Bannon go.

While I’ve always been wary about Bannon’s associates within and associations with the alt-right White Nationalists, his tendency to prioritize being controversial over being effective, and his habit of getting into nasty fights with everybody around him, I do believe he is an important part of Trump administration. He was one of the few there that at least had some sort of ideals guiding him, and woke in the morning with a goal other than fighting the media. Some of his goals were quite worthwhile, such as deconstructing the regulatory state and canceling the Iran deal.

Who knows what will come next on the crazy reality TV show Trumpica?

Who cares. This is all irrelevant “palace intrigue” that means little to citizens, but gives much space for newspapers and media outlets to fill up stories so they can sell papers on slow news days.

Some political pundit (sorry don’t recall who) is arguing that Trump will resign before the dirt on Russia comes out from the AG. It sounds far-fetched, but with how Trump is handling or mishandling so much as time goes by, I’m starting to think it plausible.
