    85% likelihood Hikind.

If DiBlasio came from behind and won, anyone can win.

Especially if Hikind puts out these cutesy Yiddish Youtube clips about Callers plan being impossible to implement, without telling us why.

Like Hikind is G-d and knows the future, so we have to trust him?

Can Hikind give us some stock market tips while hes at it?

Hikind never claimed to be G-d.

“Hikind never claimed to be G-d”

Hes predicting the future, saying something will never happen.

Only those with a direct line to G-d, and some Kabbalists can predict the future. And even they cant be 100% certain.

If you have a plan the burden of proof is on you to show how it will work instead of maybe possibly hopefully it could if one day unicorns will fly to Boro park on July 2, 2016.

If you insist a plan wont work, the burden of proof is on you to show why it will NOT work instead of maybe possibly hopefully it wont work because the naysayer feels he is G-d Almighty omniscient.

Has everything that has happened, both good and bad, gone exactly as predicted by “experts”?

Hikind SAYS hes been looking at ways to ease the housing crisis for years. Can anyone think of ONE successful project of Hikind in that regard? I cant.

While I like his outspokenness for Israel, one of his most successful projects has C L E A R L Y been a$$orted fund raising tactics to fill his election coffers, and I mean a$$orted.

If the train tracks location works, that wouldnt overcrowd Boro park, it will just extend the lines of Boro Park, as we know it. Theres potential for more parking spaces, not less. What do we have in those locations now? Lots of garbage and weeds! Its about time!

No the burden is not on the one opposing the plan. You don’t spend millions of dollars on a plan that may possibly work if only you win a royal flush 3 times in a row in your poker game tomorrow even if it is theoretically possible.

If some kid goes to a bank “Hey I have a great plan to take over microsoft, lend me a million dollars!” Should we be surprised if the bank says no without giving a reason? First, prove you have what it takes instead of coming out of nowhere with all kinds of untested ideas.

    Caller has my vote.

U have to think big and out of the box. He is a business man at the same time. SO his thinking big has some backbone to it.

Also, I think he has enough of his own $$$ that he is not doing this for $$. That is a big thing!

Don’t know who will win, but the way this dispute looks, K’lal yisroel is the looser.

“Lots of garbage and weeds” Weeds are not garbage, they’re just wild plants that are actually very important.

Never really understood why Nachman C needed this at his stage of life. Unless being the king of condo/co-op law he’d make a ton of $ on the ‘Plan’, while his son, Moishe, would develop/build.

The pipe-dream ‘plan’ being the only platform Caller was running on, was obviously not enough to lead the voters to turn their backs on Dov (now that the election is over, we can take back the ‘Smicha’ he was crowned with last week!) who has served us well for three and a half decades.

And lastly, while it is true that there is a shortage of available housing, I don’t believe that bottle-necking our already overcrowded streets is the answer. We are simply saturated; and 2000 more apartments would’ve choked us completely!

    Dov…Hatzlacha!!

There is no actual shortage of housing. It’s just that the houses aren’t in Brooklyn.

Caller got the same percentage as the no-name Republican candidates who ran against Hikind with virtually no chance of winning in the past elections. All Caller got was the usual straight-line Republican voters. He wasted a massive amount of money.
