I'm thinking about sending my son to Camp Govoah this year. Does anyone have any information about this camp regarding quality of counselors,trips,activities,etc ? Anything would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Camp Govoah is one of the cheapest camp around its been around for five years its run by rabbi dovid teichman (ruach day camp) & rabbi leibel karmel both were in camping for over 20 years I'm not sure the prices they have a two weeks program if your child wants to try it out, they go on trips almost weekly awesome activities the learning is geshmak with the best rabbeim,they have a creek with tubing and kayaking & a lot other stuff and new stuff is happening this summer and most of all they have the best administration and hand picked counselors & campers they also have a special division called elyon for older boys in 9th & 10th grade they go on trips weekly and have inter-camp overnite trips and a awesome mesivta program ran by rabbi shea rybak ( Torah Umesorah) if u really want more info abt govoah call 718-252-CAMP or 917-734-4495 and u could check out video on YOUTUBE just type in camp govoah they just put up a website http://www.campgovoah.com i hope this helped bye now
