Is it disloyal to drink both beverages (not at the same time)?

I don’t trust people who don’t drink coffee.

Why not? Sometimes you want one OR the other.

Because you’re supposed to take a side.

Yes, it is disloyal, but many rabbis will give you a waiver. Send me $100 and I will give you a list of those rabbis.

The combination is common in some locations. Paraphrased from Wikipedia: In Hong long they drink Yuanyang (or Coffee with tea). Tea mixed with coffee is consumed in Ethiopia where it is known as spreeze.

Combinations don’t count as both tea and coffee.
