    Hello!

I just formalized my formal return to Judaism (I was born Jewish but raised secular, in a remote European country with almost no Jews at all), and now I feel the need to study further, but I don’t have the possibility of going to Israel to study, which would be ideal.

So, I was trying to find online courses for women, but the only online yeshiva/midrasha I have found is web yeshiva link removed

Does any one know of any other options of courses I can take online?.. I also speak Portuguese, Spanish and French, so any of those languages would also work for me 🙂

    Thanks very much,

I cannot post a link but if you google “aish” you will find a very good resource.

Thanks, Alizgit. Of course I know Aish’s website! 🙂 🙂 It’s my “go-to” website for nearly everything 😉 But I meant real classes, with curricula, teachers, rabbis, exams, the whole thing. I’m not sure it even exists, but do you understand what I mean…? Do you know something like that?..

Thanks, DaasYochid. I will google it!

    And thanks, popa_bar_abba! It’s infinitely cool 😉

Exams I don’t know. I don’t think there will be a fully online seminary/midrasha complete with tests. But sites like naaleh.com and YUTorah.org will have lecture series with great lecturers who are teaching the same classes they teach in yeshivos/seminaries. They’re generally sorted by topic and by teacher.

yutorah dot org has over a hundred thousand shiurim, including pretty much every class taught by any of its rabbis for decades. I have listened, for example, to the very same halachah classes that their rabbinical students take. It also has a nice search engine. Good luck!
