DY, Choc, Moishy - Interesting, It didn't work for me on my acct. So I created a new account, and obviously It did work for me to rename my SN, and to create a link on my name.

choc-I tried it again, and this time it updated the email, but when I tried to make a new SN with my previous email, it said 'email already registered'. Mods- have an answer??

TTH- I need to know how to make a new SN with my old email, why can't I do it if I changed this SN email? It says 'email already registered', but I already changed my email on this SN???

moish - I had the same problems as you, I was not able to change the SN, but I was abloe to change the email. And I was able to create a new account under the old email (after putting a new one in the old ones place)
