I was recently feeling down and worried that When I'm married, I won't get what I want. For example, if I want to go somewhere and he doesn't etc.... Then I remembered, it's not about me, it's about us. I need to move from I want to we want, and we should find something we both enjoy.
There's many issues that come up where we have to consider the other and find a middle. For example, the wife would like for her husband to spend more time with the family. The husband feels that if she wants him to work less hours, they need to do with less luxuries so they he can afford to work less.
