    What’s the cutest kind of lizard?

    Gotta be a leopard gecko.

    Or to go for the controversial option, a komodo dragon. Adorable if you ignore their poisonous breath, ability to eat medium sized mammals and ridiculous size.

    Komodo Dragons are fascinating creatures, but even ignoring the scary things about them they are not exactly cute.

    It disgusts me to see the word “cute” in the same sentence as the word lizard. The way I see it, g-d made different animals for different reasons. Some animals were made to be cute; this ain’t one of ’em. Whatever their purpose on this green earth is, being cute is not part of it.

    I saw a cute video of a Komodo Dragon eating a cow.

    Tana, if lizards weren’t meant to be cute, why are most of them adorable? (Monitor lizards are mostly uncute. But many other types of lizards are very cute.)

    I think the lizards my kids go shopping for at the end of a rain, are the cutest.

    Oh great RebYidd, now they’re “adorable”!

    I see they are evolving, they started off as cute, and now they have progressed to adorable, what’s next? I guess Darwin was right…

    @pcoz: +1, LOL!

    Some types of lizards are cute, some are adorable, some are beautiful, and the rest are mostly monitors.

    I like chameleons.(I guess they would be in the “beautiful” class.)

    We used to see them in our old apartment at times, here in Israel.

    They are definitely interesting, and maybe “cute.,” but not so cute when you scare them and they run and leave a portion of their tail behind, “poor things.”
