It is almost Pesach not Yom Kippur but still i wish to ask for forgiveness over the past few years I have had a poor attitude towards the frum velt, this attitude was not because we are not a special and wonderful am but rather came out due to some troubles in my own life, I am past any feelings of resentment due to my own situation, we are not perfect but we are for the most part a caring community please accept my apology as i know during this time i reflected my disdain temporary though it may have been in this forum. Mi Keomcha Yisroel.

All I know is that for the approximately 9 months that I have been here, I have found you to be one of the nicest posters as well as one of the most sincere about his Yiddishkeit! If I remember correctly, you are the one who always gives me much-needed encouragement for my shmiras-haslashon posts. I very much appreciate that!! Thank you!!!

Please take encouragement from the Hakdama to Sefer Chafetz Chaim where he says:
“In summary, one’s Yetzer Hara will push him in either one of two directions; either to rationalize the circumstance so that he comes to believe that what he is saying is not LH at all, or that the Torah did command us against speaking LH about this kind of person.”
Since you are not doing either of those, you can be confident that you have escaped from the Yetzer Hara.
