I’m not positive which Siman, but I’m pretty sure it’s B’feirush that a B’liah is not Oser after Pesach because there’s no Bal Yira’eh and Bal Yimatzeh on B’lios.

Mechira of bliah is only a chumrah. It should be batul by itself jsut like crumbs. Enjoy the cholent!

I thought the halacha was that the pot has to be destroyed using a shinuy, like rolling over it with a steamroller. I guess I better go back and check that again!

It’s a good thing you didn’t sell the pot to the goy because otherwise you’d have to toivel it again since it would no longer be a “Jewish kli”. Since all you’re really supposed to be selling to the goy is the chometz that’s on the keilim and you say that your pot is clean, then there’s no problem with it.

I sure hope I’m not wasting my time on a troll post.

I assume that you or somebody in your household said kol Chamira before the end of hametz time so you were mafkir any chametez that was there and does not or cannot be seen

No one sells the dishes on Pesach. You sell the hametz that might be on the dish, and store the dishes in an area that is rented to a goy. However the prohibition is on the hametz that is on the dishes, in case there is any.

It’s a good thing you didnt sell the dish to the goy, if you did, you would have to toivel it before using it.

And for all those that sell/rent their apt/house to the goy so as to not make a bedika, you might have to rehang the Mezuzos 🙂
