When using sweet potatoes do you keep the skin or peel it off? If you do keep the skin what do you do to clean it to avoid ingesting the ebola virus?

I hope you remove the paper towel when nuking.

October 27, 2013 8:19 pm at 8:19 pm #983214TheGoqParticipantyes it is safe as long as you dampen the entire towel it works great the sweet potato comes out somewhat soft and not at all dried out ive done this a million times, then open spread with margarine and pepper, or margarine and cinnamon try it!

Especially male ones when they are 8 days old.
October 28, 2013 12:23 am at 12:23 am #983217Torah613TorahParticipantI peel it first, hasn’t been an issue.

And a sweet potato with butter and cinnamon is delicious (or margarine, if you’re eating meat).
