Honestly, some ww is AWFUL! You just have to find a good one. This one is excellent and yes there's lots of cheese and sauce in it. Its brunch.

Well, you see who your friends are following and you can find people that way. Otherwise, there is an option to 'find people'. Click on it, type the name and you're good.

Too bad for your pasta, you have to warn me earlier! I'm full from my lunch and need an appetite for supper soo...I guess you'll have to enjoy it all by yourself :-(

You will get to know people. Also, like i said, you can follow famous singers, famous people, etc. Also, you can join and always back out. Its not like you're signing a contract for life!

Find people to follow! You can choose YWN and look thru its followers, check out the 'YWN now on twitter' thread for ideas.

Also, important point, you can adjust your settings so that you have a 'lock' on yourself. Anytime anyone wants to follow you, you have to 'approve' of them first. (twitter sends you and automatic message) You'd rather that than who-knows-who following you. This also protects your updates. Only those priviliged to follow you can read your updates.

Sorry for driving you crazy. One more question, (well, two) when I enter my info, technically anyone can find me. Is there any way to stay anonymous? (just not enter your real name?) also do I need a SN to find someone? Or is it done by their real name?

What in the world am I supposed to be updating? Honestly, if I was someone else, I wouldn't be interested in knowing to much about what kapusta did... get what I'm saying?

    Thanx for the patience!

  23. nurse: congratulations!

The Dallas post was given a Topic of it's own as Jax pointed out. Complicated Moderator politics. if you want further explanation ask in "Ask the Mods" where the question will be cleverly sidestepped and not answered.

wow i think i should start getting insulted here.. disoriented? shikur?? dear CR members, you better hope you never become my patients!! lol jk :-)
actually to be quite honest, i once decided i just couldnt go through life without trying beer so i took a sip once of a budweiser or coors lite or something and got such a headache from that one little sip that i never tried it again.
kapusta, thanks for that (weak) attempt to stand up for me

nurse, you know what I say, (the weak attempt part reminded me of this one)

someone once came into a room and told me that you're two faced. I said that you couldn't be, cuz if you were, why would you wear the ugly one every day. ;)

    oh, no prob ;)

the.nurse: Of course you got sick from that sip - there's far too much water in that brew. Start with the pure stuff (zechs und neinziger). When you get used to the real thing, then you'll be able to tolerate the watered down versions.

kapusta, might I humbly suggest, you may want to water it down a bit first. She wouldn't even notice. Looks like water, anyways.

72, i think i've discovered what it was. i've been studying my medical books for so long, that now that i've passed my boards, my brain is not sure what to do with itself. its like 'what? no kidney failure/cardiac arrest/patient is labor' yadayada to worry about??? this is an example of what i've been doing the past few months: you come in on the floor in the morning, and have 5 patients. one is one day post op gallbladder removal surgery and is calling for pain meds, one came in with asthma exacerbation and is complaining of difficulty breathing, one had a stroke 3 days ago and cannot use the call bell for help, one came in with alcohol toxicity and is having a change in mental status, and one came in for a UTI and thinks he has a fever. who do i go to see first??? aaaaaahhh this stuff is coming outta my brains already

the.nurse, after reading that post I take priority (come to my office in Mod headquarters - ask one of the other mods you see in their shared cubicle space where it is) and leave 2 aspirin for my headache with the assistant to my assistant.

I hate to break it to you 72 but your assistant and his assistant? That's just the new maintenance guy and his pet turtle. I would have told you earlier but the Editor said to humor you, apparently you're not completely recovered yet. (I don't think it's aspirin that you need)...80
