November 16, 2012 11:26 am at 11:26 am #908339icedMemberThe frames must be totally black for the thick frames to be stylish.
November 16, 2012 7:15 pm at 7:15 pm #908340shnitzyMemberIt depends how thin your face is (or vice versa)…some people look pretty good…

The optician brought him a modern stylish pair with thick plastic frames. The gerrer looks them over and asks “aren’t these rather goyish?” “no,” says the optician, “beleive not one goy walks round wearing glasses like these….”
November 18, 2012 9:50 pm at 9:50 pm #908343oomisParticipantI do not like them, and didn’t like them when they were in style the first time around.
November 19, 2012 9:08 pm at 9:08 pm #908345WhiteberryMemberI have glasses with thick frames. They hide the thick lenses.
November 19, 2012 9:25 pm at 9:25 pm #9083462scentsParticipantWhy is that style is something that keeps on changing.
If smaller glasses with thin frames are nice, they should stay the style. if Round lenses are in nice, they should stay in style.
Looks like style and nice have nothing in common, or is that that nice is what is in style?
November 19, 2012 9:29 pm at 9:29 pm #908347farrocksMemberStyle is what Paris decrees. It goes in cycles. After a few changes in styles, the old styles come back and are in style again.
Just wear what you think looks good and disregard styles.
