HONEST? cant! you can never trust them but you can get a good one.

Well if I have to settle on good, how do I get one?
I just heard of a friend's cleaning lady getting caught on a home surveillance camera taking money out of a drawer and putting it in her pocket....

We once had a cleaning lady who told us in order for her to CONCERNTRATE on doing a good job she needs everyone out of the house, yes we got rid of her on the spot.
Another one decided to iron the carpet! And rearrange the entire set out in the dinning room!!
One wiped her sweat on her sons cloth diapers. Clean of course, since she DIDN'T BELIEVE IN DEODARANT!!!
One used to go into the fridge and make herself a salad, that would take her s good half an hour to make and eat plus we paid her for that time, cause she was at our house of course!!!
One was angry that the heating wasn't on even though it was the Hight of summer outside so we had the cooling on, she decided to turn on all the taps in the house on full blast to get her revenge, then proceeded to walk out in a huff, funny thing was she was back the next day bright and early and pretty happy. I must say I felt bad for that one

@Ofcourse: Just do what everyone else does. "Steal" the cleaning lady off the street as she walks to her employer's house. Offer more money. Just make sure her former employer doesn't find out it's you who "stole" her cleaning lady.

I would never do that!! I do treat them with respect but they have to earn it! You could just imagine all the stories I have to tell. My source is not a good one apparently. So please anyone know of any good sources in Boro Park??

Try to google Julia Olshanskaya 718 and you'll find a phone number to this lady that cleaned for us right before pesach.
She is pretty good and very honest. She is Russian Jewish lady and is looking for all types of jobs but only for a few days a week.
