I like to sit and sleep on the floor to mourn the beis hamikdash in preperation for tishabav. I like to gradually eat less and less and cry more and more until after tishabav. Then on the tenth, I will use the rest of the summer to prepare for next tishabav by reading depressing Jewish history books- unless moshiach comes hass veshalom, and the tishabav we all know and love with cease to exist.
