    I did abstain from chametz during Passover.

    Good question. Chometz that was owned by a Jew over Pesach is no longer acceptable to be eaten.

    All Jews have an equal status as Jews, regardless of level of religious observance.

    Ask a major Rav if you have access to them. There are certain leniencies by wholesalers if no other Kosher food is readily available.

    Nope. Unless they sold it to a gentile before the holiday.

    However, this is only if you know for certain that it was, in fact, owned by Jews during Passover. If you have a doubt, then it could be OK.
