I'm going on vacation to Nahariyah for a couple days. Anyone know if the two hechsherim; rabbanut nahariya, which i wouldnt bet on, or R M Keller, are reliable? thanks

  3. i don't know about the kashrus but go and see Rebbe David Aabuchatzeira shlita, if you don't your time in Nahariya is wasted, though you do have to push him for answers

    Formerly college sheigetz. Now ger.

All I know is the rabbanut's published policies for restaurants which demand alei katif lettuce and demand that it be checked anyway and many other chumros. The only reason to have a problem with regular rabbanut hashgacha is if you eat glatt or bet yosef and even then you will get it from rabbanut mehadrin.

Why would it be a waste of time if he doesn't Harvard Abuchatzeira?

He might have wasted a opportunity, but not a waste of time.

    Either way, who cares?
