Does Anyone know if Kosher Michigan is a good Hechsher? It is run by a Rabbi Jason Miller…
A 5 second google search I just conducted shows he is a well-known conservative rabbi. Not sure about whether or not the hechsher is okay, but probably not, ,
Al pi din, a conservative rabbi does not have neemanus.
DY- Does that neemanus depend on whether or not the guy is an actual kofer b’ikar, or does he lose his status by simply being not frum, even if he does happen to follow kashrus?
Any Conservative Rabbi is at the bare minimum a mumar l’teyavon. probably wworse than that.
