    It would probably fall under the category of ein m’vatlin issur l’chatchilah (depending on what you mean by l’chatchilah).

    There’s maybe a pri megadim I recall about being mevatel heter l’chatchila.

    I can’t recall what it says, but I think it was discussing if you then want to make that stuff actually fleishig.

    He says to put with meat. I think to eat with meat would be the same; to eat after would not be the same. (R’ Akiva Eiger agrees; Radvaz argues.)

    This is all l’chatchilah; if someone did it thinking it was 100% pareve, it would be bittul b’taos and muttar to drink.
