Do u want to win the lottery u may have some problems. Good thing: because u get money. Bad thing: because people make u crazy a whole day to give them money, or u might blow the money and within a few years go bankrupt
It’s true, there have been many stories how winners end up worse off. But as for as Powerball, the odds are so stacked against winning. most players have nothing to worry about.

Ahhhh, let that be my biggest problem.
I wouldn’t be bankrupt.
I’d put a good hundred million in a self settled asset protection trust that my creditors couldn’t reach (so that I can’t borrow against it).
If I win, I’ll ask popa for advice on how to set up my accounts.
I probably won’t win though, because
1) the odds are like one in ten gazillion
2) Ya gotta be in it to win it
Money is a nisayon, but many people will say to Hashem (in theory) “Test me.”
I was actually thinking about this today when I saw the YWN article about the lottery. So, so many lottery winners see the money ruin their lives, through divorce, bankruptcy, tax trouble, etc. Several have committed suicide. We all think that we wouldn’t fall into these problems, but clearly there are many issues with becoming that rich overnight.
For all that it sounds wonderful to have so much money, I’ll go with our ????? every day- ??? ??????… ?? ???? ?????.
Very interesting that the Lotto in the UK also has a mega jackpot this week.
