Thank you mbachur but that doesn't apply to me.
Yummy: I am 19, a boy, and yes I am dating. I am a bostoner chossid but that has nothing to do with me getting married at a younger age. Un/fortunately for me I was prepared for the next stage in life due to many growth experiences (major loss for example). Being put in though situations (of responsibility) matures you very fast also. There are times I have to remind myself that I am only 19 which will usually in turn give me a big confidence booster as I will see that I have accomplished something. I happen to have a whole bunch of friends who all got married under 23 except in cases where fortune was having a bad day and not smiling.
:D Zuberman! :D
sorry kapusta
cant help
no, its not against rules
you never make trouble
well, maybe pleasant trouble

mbachur-
observanteen-
(a somewhat belated) Mazel tov!
(now, if "kapusta" can somehow relay the info...)
Icot? You are the friend? Very simple look for me on facebook
:D Zuberman! :D
I don't know if this qualifies as a mazel tov but . . . there aren't any seminary threads left on the front page!!
(Boy am I gonna get it when my daughter signs in :D )
Syag- The mazel tov only comes when there are no shidduch threads on the front page.
yossi z.-
"You are the friend?"
I'm afraid not.
I'm just hoping "kapusta" finds a way of getting you the information.
*BLUSH* eep whoops. Thanx for the support :)
:D Zuberman! :D
I know I said this before but as I am at the event, mazal tov to my niece on her marriage!!!
:D Zubeman! :D
yossi z.-
There’s nothing to “blush” about.
Both you and “kapusta” are among several of the younger posters who have many good middos and (from the little seen here, anyway) would be eminently “shiduchable”. (I’m not trying to be a shadchan, that’s a general observation about several individuals.)
It’s interesting to see how some people who are in their late teens and have been here a while mature and change over the span of a year or two.
Back on topic - if someone here has info for you about a possible shidduch, I'd suggest they take your suggestion and find your FB contact info. Can it be found with Google?
Kapusta: A mod was trying to contact me? How would you know this? And if they were, how do they contact? E-mail?
ICOT: yes if you google me, my fb account comes up on the first page though I have the privacy settings set quite high so either the informant will have to friend me or send me a message
:D Zuberman! :D
Hmm I didn't see an e-mail.
Mod(s): if you did try and send an e-mail, please send it again. I either deleted it by mistake or it never came through.
Though how do I know for sure that the mods even sent anything in the first place?
:D Zuberman! :D
Yossi,
Did you check your spam?
Haha! Wrong e-mail address (I have two)
:D Zuberman! :D
kapusta-
"Am I correct in thinking that post was really addressed to me?"
Yes and no.
I didn't mean you yourself acting as the go-between / shadchan / contact person, but possibly you know someone who might - maybe a parent, sibling, uncle, rov, married friend, etc.
I can understand the discomfort of a single girl trying to redt a shidduch for a guy and vice versa. In this particular case, where little is known about the other person beside online posts, it would probably be even more uncomfortable.
Fortunately, people understand the discomfort and awkwardness that can arise in certain "redting" situations, and are willing to step in and act as the intermediaries.
Mazel tov!!! The shul I daven at is having a hachnosas sefer torah today (right now)!!
:D Zuberman! :D
I'm hungry.

Mazel Tov! The Valley Torah High School Basketball Team won the CIF Southern Section Division 6AA Championship with a 58-51 come from behind win against Bishop Diego. This is the first time any Jewish team has won a CIF (California Interscholastic Federation) Championship.
After being behind the entire game, Valley Torah tied the score with just over three minutes to play, took the lead , and didn’t look back. 6 foot 9 Forward Aaron Liberman scored 15 points and had 15 rebounds.
Next up is the California State Tournament beginning Tuesday in which Valley Torah is seeded 4th out of 15 teams in the Southern California half of the bracket.

i can only try- why are you bringing up all these old threads??!?!?!?!? thank you for them though they are nice!
I effort to get you to spill your old name!
adorable-
The question:
“why are you bringing up all these old threads??!?!?!?!?”
& the answer (supplied by you):
“…they are nice!”
For the past few months I seem to have less time to log on and post, but when taking a quick glance at a CR thread, something may catch my eye and I’ll intend to revisit it and comment it later on.
Also, the posters here are a nice bunch, so with the upcoming yom tov it seemed a good opportunity to wish folks all the best.
