Does the YWN Cofee Room qualify for being a “Moshav Leitzim” in which one is adjured not to sit?
Is this the right place to ask?
It probably qualifies. I would be surprised if not. But there’s also assay licha Rav which I’m sure YWN Coffee Room also qualifies.

As a general rule I would say NOT. Many very interesting halacha discussions go on in here. Plus many interesting advice questions which are discussed. I think a mosheiv laitzim is what you make of it.
A moshav leitzim is what you make of it
Also if you suspect it of being a moshav leitzim then this isn’t the proper place to ask
