Chazal say that Kol haposel, bemumoh posel. One who demeans another by using a flaw is actually citing his own flaw. Rather than throwing stones, one is told to always judge another favorably. My feeling is that you don’t judge anybody but yourself. I don’t recall G-d saying to me, you can be a judge over others. And, there’s always another side to what seems to be a story.
