Does anyone here lick your finger before you turn the page? I’ve seen people do that (usually older people) and it grosses me out. I get that it’s supposed to make it easier to turn the page, but come on…

I can tell you that I DON’T lick my fingers before I turn the pages. If I can’t get a good grip on a piece of paper, I just keep trying and get tons of papercuts. 😛

Well, usually I use my hands to turn the pages. When I’m too tired to do that, though, and I can’t turn the pages, I just read the two pages again until I get bored and put down the book.
