    I keep Cholov Yisroel but eat (non Cholov Yisroel) powdered milk. Does anyone know which chocolate candy bars are powdered milk or a place to find a list? Thank you

    I’d be surprised if anyone made milk chocolate with only powdered milk. The FDA Requires that milk chocolate contain at least 3.39% milk fat and getting it all from powdered milk doesn’t make sense.
