Does anyone know who Reb Tzion Menachem is? He is supposed to be a Mekubal who gives brochos. I heard that he told someone that they will get engaged in 3 months, and they did... i want to know if he is legitament person to get brochos from...

Mayan- u are rite , it doesnt hurt, but some of "these mekubalim" do say things that are inaccurate, and can scare a person... so you do have to be careful who u go too...
