   This is actually funny, I just got of the phone with a boy's mother who wants information on the girl she's looking into's friend. it seems they had a nice conversation and the friend started talking about what she's doing.

   Before you know the mother's interested in the friend!

   Should I pursue the shidduch with both girls or keep the girl who I thought of first?

   Hi rubberbands.

   In my opinion, I would talk to the mom about why she feels the friend may be a better consideration while giving the mom your professional view on why the original girl may be the better choice.

   Once you come to a consensus, then select just one of the girls and see how the dating goes.
