It's like texting, ppl can text endlessly but when you actually call them you can't stay on the phone with them for more than 2 minutes.
I could imagine that if all the posters met, some really talkative ones in the cr would be really quiet. like brooklyn...lol jk

yea, the parking situation is horrendous! i live in a neighborhood where there are more cars then houses and even though my family has a driveway, we have more than 1 car so one of us is always looking for parking. you can circle for ages and still not find a spot. to top it all off, right now soemone has his nose stuck in my driveway so my car doesn't even fit!!! this is craziness!!!! any ideas?!?!?

ok guys i'm back! Well yes i'm married, and no my wife doesn't drink coffee, and she does like capuchino. And syrian i see how accurate your analysis of CR posters is by the fact that you can't figure out how old joseph is or if the latter is make or female,so if i don't sound married than you don't sound older than 10!!

hashem...; quick break to get back on topic. Leaving a note on the car's window usually helps. You can write something like "pls don't block driveway even partially" I learnt which driveways on the block to stay far away from.

For suggestions on parkings = go shopping with a friend/friends. It's kind of a car pool for mothers. The driver can stay in the car while the others shop. She can look for parking in the meantime. So many stores offer curbside delivery as well. Most stores in Brooklyn offer delivery. You just have everything brought in to your house. You do not have to shlep 20 bags in your home. It is actually more convienent that way (for me anyway). I make sure all the fridge items go in one box. My local store even has stickers that say "fridge" so you know which box to put away first. Produce go in another box and other groceries in others. You don't get that service outside New York. (or lakewood)
