    My mother got one for a present today. It’s sitting on our counter. Now every time I walk into the kitchen, I can’t stop laughing. ^_^

    No. I mean merchandising. You wouldnt buy The Moshe and Rochel Cohen Hebrew Academy of Walla Walla cookbook, even if it included the challa recipe of Yenta Schwartz of Spring Valley. Co-opting the names of mosdos and worse, using gedolim to sell things is merchandising at its worst.

    sorry but it actually was put out by a Bais Yaakov as a fundraiser – there is no reason they can’t use that name. It actually has a lot better recipes that a lot of the other ones.
