..when waking up minus head. (Why? 2.73 hours in that cozy thing.)
And no. Coffee is not an option. It’s long used up. (besides, a seventeenth cup won’t make much difference)

HKB”H gave me another day, ,even in this condition, & I’m going to put one foot in front of the next, no matter how little I accomplish, because the alternative is not an option. And tonight I’ll put myself to sleep earlier, like I should have last night.

and btw 2bshvat I find it interesting that you begun your sentence with “Think to yourself..” Someone in that state cannot.

2) Spend all day planning how you can go to bed earlier.
3) Splash cold water over your face and jump up and down a few times. Repeat every 10 minutes. :o)
