It’s the vaccine’s delivery vehicle that causes bleeding, not the vaccine. If the vaccine itself caused bleeding, that would be a big concern.

Doesn’t really.
The existence of vaccines in their available form creates the need for a delivery vehicle (if you want to be vaccinated). The vaccines aren’t causing anything to exist.
Shidduchim cause bleeding.
Shidduchim cause children, which in turn causes them to need vaccines which cause bleeding.
The Shidduch Crisis is apparently caused by Shidduchim.
