May 10, 2018 11:05 pm at 11:05 pm #1519250Takes2-2tangoParticipantI know of a yeshiva in lakewood which had a major deficit, to the degree that they couldnt afford paper plates,So the yeshiva served the food straight on the lunchroom tables(which were covered with plastic. Word got out and some nice generous people stepped up to the plate. (Pun intended)
May 12, 2018 11:25 pm at 11:25 pm #1519542FreddyfishParticipantWe Baruch HaShem have paper plates but we are trying to spread the word it’s a really great yeshiva with the rebbeim getting very involved in the bochurims jobs so that the yeshiva is involved in the business aspect too!!!
