Is it proper to ask to have someone "choshuv" (Rav, Rebbee, elders etc.)call you back...
1. If you couldn't reach them when you called the first time, and someone else took the call.
2. If you spoke to them but you need follow up, like to receive an answer to a question not answered right away.
3. If they called you and you were not available and someone else took the call.
4. If they called you and reached you but you or they needed follow up.
