Try being mekabel not touching your cell phone during davening, tried it and it has worked well. THe first few days were hard, but it gets easier and easier as the days go by.

Whatshaiches: Your right, i was davening shachris the other day in shul and i saw a guy that was texting the whole davening. The world is crazy.

TURN OFF THE CELL PHONE UNTIL AFTER DAVENING and you will never have a problem.

intellegent, that's not how you cite a source.
If that were the case, the Zohar supposedly says lots of things. I have a spam folder full of emails that supposedly come from the zohar or someother holy man/book.Posted 3 years ago # -
