Three City of Newburgh women, who were hired for home cleaning services, were arrested and charged with stealing jewelry from a Kiryas Joel residence, according to New York State Police in Monroe. On Jan. 27, 2016, State Police Members responded to a home on Eahal Court in the Village of Kiryas Joel for a reported burglary to the residence where numerous pieces of jewelry had been stolen.
