The suspects were nabbed Saturday at around 4 a.m. after a neighbor tipped off police to a group of suspicious men that were going through parked cars in the area. Police say the five accused male suspects, who range in age from 15 to 19 years old, targeted unlocked cars. The fire was mostly restricted to the lower apartment; however, there was smoke and water damage to other parts of the building. There were no reports of injuries.
