Police are investigating the death of a Shomer Shabbos shopkeeper discovered with a head injury inside his Brooklyn discount store Thursday evening. Two customers found Isaac Kadare unresponsive at his Amazing 99 cents Deals shop on 86th Street just before 9 p.m., police said. He was R”L pronounced dead at the scene.
The 59-year-old married father of four was a regular Mispallel in the Sephardic Shul on Ocean Parkway between Quentin Road and Kings Highway, and attended a nightly Shiur in Flatbush.
Sources confirm to BrooklynScoop.com that this was a homicide, and an intense investigation is ongoing.
