09:34 IL: Sirens sounded shortly after 09:00 on Sunday morning in the Shar HaNegev Regional Council. Two rockets were fired from Gaza, landing in a Sderot industrial area, striking a building. At least one person was treated for hysteria.
11:30 IL: A total of three rockets were fired. One person was lightly injured and others treated for hysteria.

Until you actually live under the threat of missiles raining down near your home without warning, it may seen odd to read about someone being “treated for hysteria” because of a stray missile hitting an industrial area. You would think these frequent missile attacks would become part of the normal daily routine but for this person, maybe no.
