gunA 13-year-old boy was arrested after police accused him of giving his 8-year-old brother a loaded gun that he brought to school.

Investigators said the younger brother took the gun to P.S. 91 The Albany Avenue School, at 532 Albany Ave. in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, on Friday during Spirit Day. The boy was discovered with a loaded .380 Taurus handgun, police said.

The children were in the schoolyard enjoying the nice day when the teachers asked the children to sit on their book bags, but one of them refused. He was acting strange, and they questioned him and opened the book bag.

  1. This CLIP thing is what makes the reporter sounds really stupid. Also why is the 13 year old being charged? Where did he get gun from? Parents? Adult brother? This is ridiculous they are stopping at one child when they should prosecute where the gun really came from. Did he buy of the street? From who? And this is why gun control fails. If gun was from parents taken without permission make a law that gun owners should have a child proof safe.
